Management Consulting Manager – Talent

Job Description

In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, organizations are reinventing how they attract, develop, and engage talent. As a Manager within Accenture’s Management Consulting Talent practice, you will help clients transform their workforce, HR functions, and learning ecosystems to create sustainable business value.

You will lead complex transformation programs across HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Learning & Development, Change Management, and AI in HR, helping organizations navigate change and accelerate growth. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will shape talent strategies, design innovative solutions, and drive successful implementation of people-focused transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR Transformation and Workforce Transformation initiatives across a range of industries and business functions.
• Design and deliver talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
• Support clients in leveraging AI in HR to enhance employee experiences, talent processes, and workforce decision-making.
• Analyze current HR and talent processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business objectives into actionable people, talent, and workforce solutions.
• Lead project teams and manage client relationships throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development, client discussions, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and technology-enabled transformation outcomes.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting and/or transformation projects focused on HR, Talent, Workforce Transformation, or Organizational Change.
• Proven experience leading Change Management and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of emerging trends, including AI in HR and digital workforce solutions.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and leading project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
