National Air Logistics Trucking Manager

We are looking for an experienced National Air Logistics Trucking Manager to lead and drive the trucking strategy across India. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end trucking operations supporting air logistics, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality service delivery aligned with business goals.
How you create impact
- Lead and manage pan-India trucking operations supporting import and export air shipments
- Drive 70% road logistics (core focus) and 30% air freight coordination
- Develop and implement trucking strategy, processes, and operational frameworks integrated with air logistics
- Oversee resource planning, cost management, and operational efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships, carrier networks, and drive procurement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards
- Lead pricing coordination and contribute to business growth and profitability
- Manage and transition the current outsourced team to an in-house capability, building a strong internal team
- Support solution design and transportation planning across complex logistics requirements
What we would like you to bring
- 10–15 years of experience in logistics, with strong focus on road trucking operations
- Proven experience in national-level trucking / transportation management
- Strong understanding of air logistics integration with road transport
- Expertise in costing, vendor management, and operational execution
- Exposure to industries such as Semiconductor, Aerospace, Healthcare, White Glove, or Hyperscalers preferred
- People management experience with ability to build and scale teams
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
