The Infusion Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for infusion services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees daily operations, budget and financial performance, quality improvement initiatives, service line growth, and caregiver engagement while collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and operational excellence.At Intermountain Health, you'll have the opportunity to do more than manage operations. As an Infusion Manager, you will partner with physician leaders, oncology teams, and executive stakeholders to advance innovative care models, improve patient outcomes, and ensure exceptional experiences for patients and caregivers alike.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Degree verification required.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
Three years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience.
Two years of clinical nursing experience.
Experience developing, managing, and monitoring departmental budgets.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing Leadership, or a related field.
Experience in infusion services, oncology, ambulatory care, or a related area of oversight.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, providers, and other stakeholders, including speaking, hearing, and understanding information in person and through various communication methods.
Ability to use computers, telephones, and standard office equipment, including frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and document management.
Ability to remain seated and/or standing for extended periods while performing administrative, leadership, and operational responsibilities.
Ability to move throughout clinical and office environments as needed to support staff, operations, and patient care activities.
