Join our On-Air (Live Streaming) team and help deliver exceptional live, virtual and hybrid events for global corporate clients. 

We're open to candidates with a range of experience and will provide training and support to help you develop and succeed.

The Role

Supporting the planning, production and delivery of webcasts and digital events, you'll play a key role in creating seamless live experiences. 

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage end-to-end production and delivery of live, virtual and hybrid webcast productions.  
  • Manage multiple concurrent productions from project initiation through post-event reporting, delivering projects on time, within scope and to the highest operational standards.  
  • Maintain production documentation, schedules and event records 
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, vendors and external partners to deliver successful productions.
  • Lead production rehearsals, speaker preparation and live event execution, confidently managing technical challenges, contingency planning.  
  • Troubleshoot technical issues throughout the production and escalate where appropriate  
  • Maintain knowledge of webcast platforms, live streaming technologies, production equipment and supporting infrastructure.  
  • Assist with the production remote recordings. 
  • Support webcast platform setup, testing, content preparation and post-event activities 
  • Contribute to the improvement of the IDX webcasting platform by testing and flagging issues. 
  • Deliver accurate and reliable pre-event, live-event and post-event services for clients, including outside standard business hours when required 
  • Contribute to improving production processes, workflows and client experience. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients. 
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism by being consistently punctual and prepared for all productions, rehearsals and client engagements. 
  • Travel might be required.

About You

  • Experience supporting or producing live, virtual or hybrid events is strongly desirable.  
  • Knowledge of webcast production workflows, streaming technologies and live event processes.
  • Project / production management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination.  
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also working independently when required. 
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to support webcast platform configuration and digital content requirements. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 
  • A client-focused approach with the drive and desire to support stakeholders and deliver successful events. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in fast-moving and pressurised environments. 
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing requirements and solve problems proactively. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.  
  • Flexibility to support live productions outside standard working hours when required, including occasional evenings or early mornings. 
Desirable 
  • Degree in Communications, Media, Broadcast Production or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience of webcasts, webinars or digital productions preferably within a corporate, agency or broadcast environment.. 
  • Hands-on experience with AV equipment, including cameras, microphones and basic production systems
