For everyone, everywhere.More about our mission and what we offer.Job DescriptionTHE ROLEWe are looking for an Analytics Manager to join the Internal Audit branch of the Compliance & Internal Audit Analytics team at Wise.You’ll partner with Internal Audit (IA) to develop and implement the analytics strategy across the function. You will be aligned to the IT and Technology domain where you will support stakeholders to deliver a plan of analytics as part of an annual audit plan.You’ll lead a team of 1-2 analysts, so your time will be split between hands-on work and leadership responsibilities based in the APAC region. You’ll lead the execution of analytics tasks across a programme of audits and ensure quality standards and rigor are maintained.Internal Audit serves as an independent 3rd line of defence that oversees and provides an independent assessment and reasonable assurance on the effectiveness of the company’s corporate governance structure + internal controls. The IA Analytics team supports IA by using analytics to provide more coverage, efficiency and accuracy to audit testing, as well as building innovative tools and using automation to support continuous testing and other IA activities beyond the annual audit plan.This is an AL1 role. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGPartnering with stakeholders across the IA function with a specific focus on supporting stakeholders within the IT and Technology domain. Analysts may also be required to support other domains including Financial Crime, Ops, Risk, and Finance.Managing and leading the execution of impactful, innovative, and date-led analytics tasks across a programme of IT and technology audits and strategic initiativesLeading and developing a team of 1-2 analysts: helping them to set priorities, coaching for impact, and maintaining quality standardsWorking with analytics, engineering, and business specialists to seek out and understand interesting and varied datasets, perform analytics using modern approaches, and develop a strong understanding of operations at WiseWorking on automation and tooling projects to increase efficiency across IA including workflow automation, continuous auditing, leveraging AI, and building MI dashboardsQualificationsWHAT YOU’LL BRING4+ years of experience in data analytics2+ years of delivering data analytics within an IT and/or technology related audit, risk, or compliance role1+ years of experience building, coaching and leading analystsAdvanced stakeholder management skills; you know how to leverage multiple different teams to deliver high-impact change including analytics, engineering, and business specialistsExtensive experience using SQL; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation tools  to surface insightsPython coding experienceNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIALExperience of working in regulated environments, Fintech or Financial ServicesKnowledge of ITGCs or IT audit experience Experience using dbt, Superset, or LightdashKnowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including the use of GenAI solutions and visualisation techniquesAdditional InformationFor everyone, everywhere.
