This aligns with the broader vision of moving from multi-system, manual processes to a unified, workflow-driven modelABOUT THE ROLEThe Director, Software Engineering is responsible for providing technical leadership, project management, process development, training, support, and a technology vision for the Core Operation Platform. This team is responsible for multiple business processes namely Account Onboarding, Activities, Reconciliation and Reporting. The role will work with Data Services and Portfolio Management technology teams across the Direct Indexing business priorities, to design and develop technology solutions, and to improve business processes. This spans across core services to enable onboarding through our partners as well as business facing websites to allow the efficient onboarding and management of Accounts. These services will help streamline the rule-based portfolio analytics, order generation and straight through processing allow for exception driven portfolio management.The Director will work closely with the Client Relationship Group and Market Operations for designing efficient applications to onboard accounts while minimizing risk. They will also work with the Digital Team developing services to that will be used by our Financial Advisor portal. In this role, the candidate will develop the appropriate software strategy, striking a balance between: (1) alignment with the growth objectives of the Business; (2) higher performance and consistently high quality; and (3) cost effective application structure and use of new technologies.This leader will shape the long term...
