Design Project Manager (Architect/Interior Designer)
About the Role
The Project Manager delivers assigned Flow projects and workstreams across the full project lifecycle (Concept → Design Development → GFC Documentation → FF&E Selection → Site Execution → Handover), managing day-to-day scope, schedule, coordination, and documentation under the direction of the Senior Project Manager and Head of Design Management. The role covers Flow's full project taxonomy--ground-up developments, conversion projects, third-party standard conversions, and tenant improvements/fit-out. The Project Manager is the operational engine of delivery--running programs, tracking actions, driving the RFI/submittal cycle, and keeping cross-discipline coordination moving across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, while maintaining rigorous documentation discipline and escalating risk and change early. Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned projects and workstreams across the lifecycle under the direction of the Senior Project Manager

Maintain project programs, milestones, and action logs; track progress against baseline and flag slippage early

Coordinate day-to-day across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, chasing deliverables and closing open items

Manage the RFI, submittal, and approval cycle, enforcing agreed turnaround times

Maintain project documentation under version control in the CDE; keep registers current and accurate

Prepare and issue meeting minutes, progress reports, and trackers to the Senior Project Manager on a defined cadence

Review consultant and contractor deliverables for completeness against scope and brand standards

Log changes and variations into the register; support cost-alignment and formal approval routing

Support risk identification and maintain the risk register with documented mitigation actions

Coordinate site queries and support execution, escalating technical issues to the relevant discipline lead

Support handover—compile as-built and FM documentation and drive close-out checklists to completion
Ideal Background
- Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related built-environment discipline; PMP or CAPM certification preferred

6–10 years of experience in project management on mid- to large-scale real estate development projects

Background at a real estate developer, project management consultancy, or tier-one contracting or consulting firm, with direct exposure to design-through-delivery project management

Delivery support experience on at least 2–3 mid-to-large real estate projects across ground-up, conversion, and/or fit-out types

Working coordination experience across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines

Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting discipline

Familiarity with FIDIC/AIA contract principles

Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore or equivalent CDE platform, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Revit (review level)

Comfortable with AI-assisted PM and productivity tools (Monday, Airtable, Notion)
