Job Description

• Growth opportunity, joining various team projects, in order to improve your skills;
• Have the opportunity to learn how to work in a multicultural environment;
• Ensure the identification and registration of persons entering the company;
• Responsible for taking over the correspondence arrived at the company address;
• Take all the phone calls and directs them according to the request of the interlocutor, finding out the identity of the interlocutor that he has to communicate;
• Take part to assigned trainings to enrich your career development skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Student / Master program student; in the administrative area;
• Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues;
• We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel);
• Be able to organize and carry out various activities simultaneously;
• Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments.
