Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business administration, program management, or technology sales.
  • 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Experience with pipeline forensics and enterprise CRM database hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, Vector, or similar systems).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling cloud software subscriptions (SaaS) or hardware infrastructure models within the K-12 or higher education sectors.
  • Proven track record managing technology inside sales or customer success vendor programs.
  • Intimate familiarity with multi-channel fulfillment models involving external resellers, direct rep-assisted buy flows, and online checkout configurations.
  • Demonstrated organizational agility with the ability to manage complex, shifting compliance regulations across multiple geographic regions or language pods.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to regional cross-functional leadership.

The Google for Education team is on the front lines of helping education institutions transform learning. As a member of the team, you will help us drive adoption and promote success with Google tools like Google Workspace for Education and Chrome with Higher Education and K12 institutions at scale, helping them make learning more collaborative, and personalized.

As a Regional Program Manager for EDU Scaled Sales, you are responsible for leading the strategic design, end-to-end execution, and performance management of Google Workspace for Education, Gemini for Education and Chrome sales development programs within their assigned region. This role serves as the central orchestration point between internal cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Strategy and Operations, Regional Sales and Channel Leadership) and third-party vendor teams (Sales Development, Inside Sales and Customer Success).

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of scaled sales programs across Google’s full education product portfolio with an emphasis on Workspace for Education and Gemini/AI in APAC.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across strategy, operations, data, sales, marketing and channel partnerships to support program development and execution.
  • Manage vendor headcount, monitor attrition, and enforce compliance policies to ensure seamless, zero-downtime sales operations.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, conduct call shadowing, and audit QA metrics to ensure reps are properly trained, equipped, and pitch-accurate.
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery and ensure vendor performance through regular business reviews (Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs)/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)), using CRM insights to fix pipeline bottlenecks.
