The RoleThe Data & Analytics team is growing, and we’re looking for a Credit Research Data Analyst to transform raw financial data into structured, actionable insights that drive our platform and client solutions. You’ll work with complex datasets like financial statements, disclosure tables, and semi-structured deal documents, turning them into reliable, high-quality data that powers dashboards, reporting, and decision-making. What You Will DoCollect, validate, and structure data from public filings, company reports, internal sources, and third-party providersPrepare datasets for analytics, reporting, dashboards, indices, and other business applicationsInvestigate inconsistencies, document assumptions, and maintain audit-ready datasetsBuild dashboards and visualizations tailored to different internal and external usersGenerate fit-for-purpose data tables for modeling, market benchmarks, research reports, and ad hoc analysisTrack historical data and maintain reliable structures for recurring monitoring and analytical workCollaborate with research, product, data, and business teams to turn raw information into actionable insightsImprove workflows through standardization, templates, documentation, and partial automation What You Bring1–3 years of experience in analytics, financial services, research support, or data operationsFinancial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements, investment reports, disclosure tables, and semi-structured documentsProficiency in Excel, with working familiarity in Python and SQLAbility to prepare structured datasets for different business needs, including modeling, benchmarks, and reportingExperience building dashboards and communicating insights through clear visualizationsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality datasetsCollaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus.Stock option plan.Hybrid working model with flexible hours.Regular team events and annual retreats.Referral bonus program.Daily perks: snacks, lunch options, good coffee.Opportunities for career growth within a fast-scaling fintech innovator.A collaborative, innovative, and entrepreneurial culture that values creativity, initiative, and impact.
