As an Oracle EPM - EPBCS/EDMCS - Senior Associate - Consult, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Your role will involve anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, and delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to design and implement Oracle-based enterprise performance management solutions
- Collaborating with clients to assess performance management requirements and develop tailored solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify linkages and interactions within complex systems
- Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery and client outcomes
- Conducting strategic data analysis to inform financial planning and performance improvement initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to drive business insights
- Excelling in financial forecasting and planning budgeting
- Managing performance assessment and reporting for client engagements
- Developing skills in enterprise integration and process root cause analysis
