We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesKubernetes and container orchestration expertise, with 2+ years of hands-on experience using Amazon EKS, including cluster security, scaling, and high availabilityStrong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, Step Functions) and core services such as IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, and CloudWatchInfrastructure as Code experience, with 2+ years using Terraform to provision and manage multi-environment cloud infrastructureProficiency in CI/CD practices, including GitHub Actions, GitHub workflows, and Git-based development; experience with GitOps deployment patterns preferredExperience implementing observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic (ELK) stack, with strong production troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of cloud security and compliance, including networking fundamentals, secrets management, secure configuration, and risk-based controlsBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
