About the Role
Ericsson is looking for a motivated Product Manager to lead our management strategy across multiple product surfaces and go-to-market activities outside of commercial public cloud. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of key initiatives. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and sales, and take direct responsibility for shipping solutions, new capabilities, and experiences for customers and partners. A key initiative for this role will be leadership of private and government cloud solutions.
In this role, you will be a member of a product management team that is deeply connected to the pulse of sales and marketing, while working closely with designers and engineers focused on building incredible enterprise wireless products. You’ll have a chance to own and drive initiatives with significant visibility, work on a diverse set of initiatives, and sharpen your product skills and craft.
What you will do:
• Lead management platform product lifecycle from cradle to grave, including new product introduction, pricing and packaging evolution, HW integration, and solution strategy
• Own the product roadmap for government and private cloud deployments — balancing compliance requirements and timelines, customer commitments, and engineering capacity to sequence work that ships
• Lead structured discovery for private cloud solutions and strategies—customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive research to surface unmet needs and validate positioning
• Define and track success metrics for government and private cloud offerings — from adoption and deployment velocity to SLA attainment and renewal rates — and use those signals to drive continuous product improvement
• Address a wide range of deployment models (on-prem, air-gapped, hybrid), lifecycle management, upgrade paths, and operator workflows
• Serve as the internal authority on buyer dynamics outside of public commercial cloud solutions— educate sales, pre-sales, and executive stakeholders on procurement cycles, agency requirements, and how our private cloud strategy maps to customer decision criteria
• Write crisp, unambiguous FRDs and product briefs for management solutions that steer software feature across the FCAPS paradigm: fault monitoring, logging, and alerts; scalable device and flexible group configuration; account and audit logs; health and performance monitoring; security, login, user & account management.
• Champion AI-forward product design — identify where agents, intelligence, automation, and proactive pipelines can replace manual workflows.
• Define and refine UI patterns, user flows, and user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and built for AI-first experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship impactful, well-defined capabilities.
• Translate customer and market signals into clear, prioritized product requirements.
## The skills you bring
• Experience – 7+ years of product management experience in cloud platforms, SaaS, commercial, or enterprise software
• AI-first mindset — you are an AI builder, have prototypes to demonstrate, are familiar with AI tools, agents, MCP, automation, AIOps, and...
