As an Accounts Payable - Associate, you will engage in enhancing financial operations by assessing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy, analyzing client needs, and developing financial solutions to optimize performance and decision-making.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. You will take ownership of your development, apply a learning mindset, and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency
- Supporting the implementation of financial systems and process automation to streamline operations
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to maintain accurate financial records
- Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports to support decision-making
- Conducting financial data mining and analysis to provide insights for financial forecasting and strategy development
- Collaborating with team members to optimize financial operations and reduce costs
- Applying financial internal controls to maintain compliance and integrity in financial transactions
- Engaging in continuous learning to develop skills and knowledge in financial management and consulting
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in financial data
- Building commercial awareness by understanding how the business works and its financial objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations

- Experience within FP&A function of Mobile / Digital Media

- Experience working with Global Client
