As a Guidewire Integration Developer - Sr. Manager, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, solving complex problems and applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action or escalate issues. Your role involves crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems or opportunities, and validating outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations, and deepen your skills to stay relevant.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, code, and test software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organizations, contributing to their strategic objectives and enhancing their operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and customization of applications using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations
- Analyzing client requirements and implementing software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Designing, coding, and testing software solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project deliverables
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic problem-solving
- Initiating coaching conversations to enhance team performance and resolve issues
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and influence project success
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and methodologies to drive service excellence and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
