As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud operations within our Managed Services practice. You will be at the forefront of supporting client infrastructure needs, confirming seamless cloud operations and enhancing service delivery. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and build meaningful client relationships. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

You will work within our IT Infrastructure Managed Services, focusing on delivering client-centric solutions and maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities

- Administering cloud infrastructure and optimizing performance across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
- Managing cloud operations to validate seamless service delivery and compliance with industry standards
- Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure architecture to support business needs and enhance scalability
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues and providing technical consultation to resolve complex problems
- Overseeing cloud migration projects and validating successful transitions to cloud-based environments
- Utilizing tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for infrastructure performance monitoring and analytics
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud strategy and service management plans
- Engaging in infrastructure management to maintain operational efficiency and reliability
- Applying analytical thinking to optimize cloud infrastructure and improve service delivery
- Supporting client engagements by leveraging cloud engineering and data analytics skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
