- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their technical and business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical recommendations aligned with customer needs.
- Provide application and product support, helping customers identify the most effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales, engineering, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from inquiry to order fulfillment.
- Support revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution enhancement.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data within company systems and tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive market developments.
- Experience supporting customers in a technical, engineering, sales, or customer-facing environment.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency with common business software and digital collaboration tools.
- Legal authorization to work in Poland.
- Experience in industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, valves, measurement technologies, or related industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with technical quotations, contract review, or commercial proposal preparation.
- Experience working with CRM or sales management systems.
- Additional European language skills.
- Knowledge of customer applications within process industries such as energy, chemicals, life sciences, food and beverage, or manufacturing.
- Experience collaborating across international and multicultural teams.
