Referral Relationship Manager$24–$28/hr, depending on experiencePart-time opportunity in Pasco, WashingtonSchedule: Approximately 14–24 hours per week, with an average of one or two days per week in the field and one or two administrative days at the hospital. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support hospital and community events.The Referral Relationship Manager (RRM) plays a vital role in strengthening partnerships with referring veterinary practices and driving hospital growth through strategic outreach, marketing, and relationship management. This role is well-suited for someone who is mission-driven, relationship-focused, and motivated to make a meaningful impact on client and patient access to specialty and emergency veterinary care.In your day-to-day, you will:Develop and execute referral outreach and engagement strategies aligned to hospital performance goals and market opportunitiesMaintain a consistent, structured engagement cadence with referring veterinarians through in-person visits, phone calls, email communications, and eventsOwn the end-to-end planning and execution of continuing education (CE) programs, open houses, and referring practice recognition eventsManage community partnerships and outreach activities, including relationships with shelters, emergency responders, and community organizationsLeverage centralized Ethos marketing resources and programs to support local growth priorities, including campaigns to launch new services and promote new cliniciansActively utilize CRM systems, referral dashboards, and analytics tools to track performance and inform engagement strategiesDevelop, maintain, and execute a quarterly Joint Business Plan (JBP) outlining local growth objectives, strategies, and activitiesWork closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teamsContribute to a positive, team-focused hospital cultureWhat You BringAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered2–3 years of professional experience managing multiple priorities, building relationships, communicating effectively, and driving business growthExperience in sales, customer service, account management, marketing, or business development roles strongly preferred; veterinary medicine or animal health industry experience is strongly preferredStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills across in-person, phone, email, and virtual platformsA collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care, with high organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughPerks & BenefitsPart-time employees are eligible for some, but not all, employee benefits, as required by applicable law.
