The Senior Specialist, Revenue Management & Product is responsible for supporting best-in-class product portfolio, pricing, and mix management performance for the PBU at the country level. This role focuses on executing standard processes, supporting market alignment, and optimizing ROI through targeted product roadmaps and pricing strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the country product portfolio, pricing, and mix performance, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, strategic business plans, and market needs.

  • Lead the implementation of product, pricing, mix, promotion, and Volume-Price-Mix (VPM) processes to support product availability, business growth, and financial performance.

  • Develop and execute country pricing and promotional strategies while coordinating the implementation of regional initiatives and pricing activities.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and adapt product, pricing, and marketing strategies.

  • Define, monitor, and report KPIs, targets, and scorecard performance for product, pricing, and mix management in collaboration with regional teams and country leadership.

  • Conduct post-program evaluations, support pricing and business improvement projects, and provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to drive future performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required; Master’s degree or advanced certification preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Support or a related function.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex environment.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate business insights, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
