Develops standards, processes and controls for configuration and release activities. Provides guidance to developers and configuration/release team in the preparation of build analyses, design alternatives, installation scripts and programs, schedules and evaluations. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.What You’ll Do •    Determining tool configurations for Lam tools (CVD, Etch or Clean)•    Aligning customer requirements with the configurations of the shipped Lam tool•    Creating equipment specifications and design documents•    Selecting local procured items, planning budgets, purchasing, and managing budgets•    Managing tool move-in and equipment connection tasks•    Travel ratio: typically 0~5%Who We’re Looking For 1) Individuals with Job Grade 27-29 (other Job Grades can be considered upon consultation)2) Over 2 years of experience in the current role3) Management and project management skills are a plus4) Ability to actively communicate domestically and internationally without barriers such as department or age5) Possess teamwork that respects each other6) Able to take proactive actionsPreferred Qualifications 1) Bachelor's degree or higher (Science and Engineering)2) Experience in mechanical or electrical work3) Management and project management skills are a plus4) Ability to understand and implement the company's management policies, etc.5) Knowledge of Lam equipment is a plus6) Ability to actively communicate domestically (both within and outside the company) and internationally without barriers such as department or age7) Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)8) Business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)9) Possess teamwork that respects each other10) Able to take proactive actions11) Experience in handling inquiries, negotiations, procedures, and acceptance of deliveries with clients is a plus Our Commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
