About the Role

We are seeking a BlackLine System Analyst to support the administration and daily operations of the BlackLine platform, with a focus on Intercompany Hub, Journals, and Account Reconciliations. This position plays an important role in implementing these modules to a global user community, maintaining platform stability, assisting with enhancements, and supporting global Finance and Accounting teams.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on BlackLine administration experience in Intercompany Hub and a solid understanding of financial close processes. Also the candidate should be willing to work UK hours.

Key Responsibilities

Intercompany Hub Support

Assist with configuration, implementation and maintenance of Intercompany Create, Balance & Resolve, and Net & Settle.
Support intercompany templates, rules, workflows, and dispute handling.
Help resolve intercompany transaction mismatches and workflow issues.
Partner with global teams to ensure accurate and timely intercompany activity.
BlackLine Administration

Deliver end‑user support and help with training and best‑practice adoption.
Maintain users, roles, permissions, certification workflows, and system configurations.
Provide end-user support for the Intercompany, Journals, and Account Reconciliation modules.
Assist with data integrations, schedules, and routine data quality checks.
Maintain process documentation and configuration standards
Project‑Related Responsibilities

Participate in deployments of new BlackLine capabilities and module enhancements.
Support testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Assist with training materials and change‑management communications.
Required Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / MBA with overall experience of 6+ years which includes 3+ years of BlackLine administration experience in Intercompany Hub
Working knowledge of financial close activities – intercompany, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Experience supporting system enhancement projects.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with BlackLine Matching, Journals, or Account Reconciliations.
Familiarity with Studio 360 configuration concepts.
Understanding of SAP data structures and integration points
Prior experience with global teams or shared service environment.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
