Let’s explore them together.Job DescriptionEAG Laboratories is seeking a skilled Scientist to support our Atom Probe Tomography (APT) services. We work with leading-edge technology companies across a wide range of industries, helping to design and manufacture the electronics of tomorrow. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, research-driven environment focused on precision and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Scientist to join our APT team and contribute to high-impact analytical services. You’ll play a key role in specimen preparation, data collection, and analysis to support the APT service at EAG. The job also requires the ability to work with high demanding semiconductor clients, meeting tight deadlines, and addressing challenging technical questions.A typical day will consist of various activities, including:Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality APT analysis to clients Prepare APT specimens using Focused Ion Beam (FIB) Operate the CAMECA LEAP instrument for data acquisition Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance Coordinate with equipment vendors to minimize downtime Conduct data processing and reportingDocument and report analytical findings clearly and accurately Work cross-functionally with internal teams on integrated microscopy projects This position works with companies that deal with defense-related activities and is subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
