Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
Support the Capital Assets Management Division.
Salary is up to 47,560.00 based on education and experience.
This is an on-site position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide maintenance support for various buildings managed by OMES Office of Facilities Management (OFM). Support may include scheduled preventative maintenance, on-site customer service, various inspections, and general work requests.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with maintenance of multiple state buildings managed by OMES DCAM Office of Facilities Management.
Perform complex maintenance and repair activities with minimal supervision.
Complete assigned PM inspection schedules for all buildings assigned.
Address work requests as assigned.
Set up events within OFM managed facilities to ensure occupant safety.

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a skilled building trade, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position requires standing, bending, crouching/stooping, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying up to 50 pounds or more, in addition to climbing ladders/stairs. Some extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Occasional travel may be required.
