No two days look exactly the same, and that’s the point.What the job looks like:You’ll be out in the field handling service calls, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Some days are quick fixes, others require deeper troubleshooting — either way, you’re the one diagnosing the issue and getting systems back up and running.You’ll be working on:Walk-ins, reach-ins, and display casesIce machines and similar equipmentRefrigeration systems with integrated controlsLarger or more complex systems as your experience growsSchedule:Monday–Friday, full-time 7am to 4pm. Some overtime or off-hours work may come up depending on workload, but nothing out of the ordinary for the trade.What you bring:Hands-on experience with commercial refrigerationAbility to troubleshoot and think independently in the fieldEPA Universal CertificationRack experience is a bonus, not a requirementA solid work ethic and reliability — this team depends on each otherWhat you get in return:Strong hourly compensation: $35–$60/hour based on experience + up to 20+ hrs of OT per week --- Total comp ~$125k to $180k+/yr!!!!Consistent overtime available for those who want it Daily overtime after 8 hours worked — any hours beyond 8 in a day are paid at the overtime rateWith OT can make up to $150k+ per year!!Take-home company vehicle and fuel cardFull benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysIf you're looking for good money and real opportunities to advance — apply today!!
