The Automation Engineer – Electrical supports the design, development,introductionand continuous improvement of electrical control systems for automation equipment and fixtures. This role helps deliver manufacturable, high-quality equipment solutions that support production stability, quality,safetyand customer satisfaction.
Our Team
You will join the Production team and work closely with MIE, Quality, Maintenance,Productionand external suppliers. The team focuses onautomationequipment development, control platform standardization, equipmentvalidationand continuous improvement to support reliable manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do
Design, develop,introduceand continuously improve electrical control systems for automation equipment and fixtures.
Work with MIE to define and confirm equipment technical solutions and control standards, ensuring they meet production, quality,maintenanceand safety requirements.
Participate in standardizing equipment control platforms and key spareparts, andhelp drive alignment on equipment platforms andspare-partsbrand standards.
Develop trial-run and acceptance plans for equipment, and organize equipment debugging, validation and acceptance activities.
Manage the full lifecycle of new equipment from development, trialproductionand acceptance through handover to mass production.
Support the stable operation of mass-production equipment and fixtures while continuously improving equipment reliability, productionefficiencyand product quality.
Analyze and resolve equipment-control-related issues, and drive equipment optimization and automation improvement projects.
Collaborate with Production, MIE, Quality,Maintenanceand supplier teams to support smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
Guideautomation technicians in equipment debugging, maintenance and improvement activities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Associate degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering,Mechatronicsora relateddiscipline.
3+ years of experience in electrical development,debuggingor improvement of automation equipment.
Familiarity with automation control systems, including PLC, HMI, Servo,Visionand Robot systems.
Experience in equipment debugging,acceptanceand mass-production optimization.
Strong on-site troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving,communicationand cross-functional collaboration skills.
