We are hiring full time Crew Team Members for our Muscle Beach and Lummus Park locations.WE OFFERCompetitive WagesHealth, dental benefits, and a 401k plan.Uniforms & paid trainingGrowth opportunities for leadership positions for highly qualified applicantsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnthusiastically welcome guests to our nourishing food trailer & wish them well as they departAbility to answer all guest questions about our brand & our productCommunicate product changes or unavailable items to guests, offering alternatives when possibleAssist in receiving & restocking product upon arrival, including inspecting for quality & expiration datesComply with local sanitation laws & practices; take pride in how food is handled, produced, & storedTake orders from guests, accurately ringing in & charging for all menu itemsSet up, maintain, & break down workstations according to company & health department standardsFollow all recipes & procedures without any deviation, preparing all orders quickly & accuratelyOwn guest satisfaction, ensuring nobody leaves unhappy or unsatisfiedHandle customer complaints & feedback in a polite, professional managerReports for every shift on time & follows all scheduled breaks & out times, as business needs dictateMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50#Must be able to read & speak fluent EnglishMust be able to perform all functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEKnowledge of The Big 8 Food Allergies; prevent cross contamination & ensure safety at every stepKnowledge of local health rules & regulationsKnowledge of basic cooking techniques & equipment operationCustomer service and/or food service experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred*Background Check is RequiredThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performanceof this job.
