Butler Hospitality is now offering food and beverages at our food trucks located in Miami Beach! We are hiring full time Crew Team Members for our Muscle Beach and Lummus Park locations. WE OFFERCompetitive WagesHealth, dental benefits, and a 401k planUniforms and paid trainingGrowth opportunities for leadership positions for highly qualified applicantsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollow all recipes & procedures without any deviation Adhere strictly to prep lists & prep quantities in accordance with average prep timesPrepare all components, kits, & menu dishes for transportation to a Beachside food trailerPlace orders with vendors as needed, following set pars & cutoff timesComply with local sanitation laws & practices; take pride in how food is handled, produced, & storedComplete daily counts of products to ensure delivery of everything needed to fulfill guest ordersSet up, maintain, and break down workstations according to company & health department standardsReceive and inspect the product returned from the trailer daily; change and wash pans, label, rinse/drain, and discard as neededProperly rotate all product as it’s received or preparedLabel & organize ingredients on shelves, putting everything back in its home every timeReports for every shift on time & follows all scheduled breaks & out times, as business needs dictatePerform other kitchen duties as assignedAssist the culinary team and managers with any additional tasks requestedMust be able to read & speak English to complete recipesMust be willing to work a flexible & changing scheduleMust be able to perform all functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEKnowledge of basic cooking techniques such as cutting, trimming, roasting, steaming, & parboilingKnowledge of The Big 8 Food Allergies; prevent cross contamination & ensure safety at every stepKnowledge of local health rules & regulationsKitchen prep or line experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred*Background Check is Required The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performanceof this job.
